Errors on Our Website

We make every effort to ensure that the information on Bladeliuswebstore is complete, current and error-free. Despite these efforts, there may be instances where information regarding a product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including with respect to price and availability. In the event a product is mispriced, Bladeliuswebstore reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item at the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it confirm our offer to sell any products to you. Bladeliuswebstore reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. In some cases, additional verification is needed before your order can be accepted. If additional information is required, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail or phone using the information you provided with your order. Shipping and delivery times given on our site will not take effect until your order is approved. If we are unsuccessful in our attempts to contact you, we have the right to refuse or cancel your order regardless of whether or not your order has been confirmed with a confirmation e-mail.

Bladeliuswebstore ships products all over the world where permissible by law and while we have no standing exclusions, we reserve the right not to ship to a location.

All shipping charges, VAT, duties, etc. are to be paid by the customers.

Bladeliuswebstore is not responsible for any fees associated with refused or unclaimed packages.  Refused or unclaimed packages will not be refunded.

All of the products sold by Bladeliuswebstore carry a manufacturer's Sweden warranty only.

Damaged & Defective Products
If you believe that you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service within 48 hours. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all the original documents, hardware, etc. within 14 days of obtaining a return merchandise authorization to receive a full refund. 
If the customer fails to return the item in the original condition or if any of the original documents, box, packing material, hardware, etc. are missing this may delay the refund and the customer may be charged the cost of the missing item(s).
We will not send out a replacement product until the original product has been received and verified defective or damaged. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt at Bladeliuswebstore warehouse for processing.
 The customer is responsible for all shipping fees back to Bladeliuswebstore. All shipping charges, VAT, duties, etc. are not refundable.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before our receiving department can accept them.

Process to return a product(s):

The product MUST have been purchased within the last 30 days. The product must be in like-new condition and packaged correctly with the original box, packaging, accessories and manuals. Incomplete or improperly packaged products will be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping charges for return shipments must be paid by the customer.
Contact customer service to request a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Clearly print the RMA Number on the return shipping label affixed to the outside of the package(s). Please do not deface the factory boxes by writing or marking on them. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original factory cartons. The best place for the RMA Number is to be clearly printed on the return address label.
Include a brief description detailing why the product is being returned, along with the billing name and address.
For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping the package(s) via insured UPS, FedEx or TNT. Please retain your tracking number as Bladeliuswebstore will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If the package arrives damaged or distressed it will be refused. You will then need to file a claim with the carrier to recover the insured amount of your package(s).

Bladeliuswebstore will process the return within 14 business days of receipt.

All sales are made subject to, and shall be governed solely by, the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, and any disagreement, dispute, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to any sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alingsås located in Sweden. By submitting an order, a customer irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of any such court in any such suit, action or proceeding and to the laying of venue in such court, and the customer irrevocably waives any objection to the laying of venue in such courts and to any claim that the forum is inconvenient.
